Fraud on my credit card

I dont trust the workers, i ordered some furniture from the company, later that day two more charges over $3000 was added to my credit card. I had to open up a investigation and change my card number.I wish I could give a ZERO!

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a coffee table and it came damaged. It was packaged very good. The damage was on a drawer slide. Put in an email to customer service and promptly (I consider 3 days promptly) received a prepaid return label and it was picked up from our porch the next day. Also promptly received a full refund. I was not familiar with Grandin Road before this and was concerned when we saw the item was damaged. Couldnt be happier with how things were handled.

SCAM ALERT: Ripped Off

Ordered two Decorative pillows from Grandin Road for $107, when I received shipment I opened the package and could see within seconds that they were NOT representative of the pictures on the Grandin Road website. Grandin Road had included a return label so I immediately returned their low grade crap. I received a credit of $82, $25 just to inspect their junk.

I was trying to place my order that would have been close to $500 and asking for the advertised 20% coupon, the CSR acted like it was not a big deal.

Obviously, I can find the same items less expensive on Amazon or other sites, I was hoping to shop here, but now I see just how important their customers are to them.

Grandin Road - Unsatisfied customer
Grandin Road sells cheaply made products for a premium price. Not a good value at all. Dollar store quality merchandise that is way overpriced.

The lack of customer service when ordering a catalog

I ordered a Halloween catalog. Was told it would be 10 days, a month later I sent an email advising it never came. Was told another would be delivered in a week. Again, nothing. Sent another email, was advised they were now out of them. I was sent a furniture catalog. I don't appreciate being blown off. Looking at your reviews, appears I dodged a bullet. Keep your catalog.

Didn't receive product and the worst customer service ever

What a joke this company is! I will never do business with them again. It's too bad too because I like the products. The customer service is horrible. I ordered Sunbrella outdoor pillows in May. I was told they would ship in June, then July, then August and now they are saying Oct. 30! They will arrive in early November!! Summer is over. I canceled the order. I emailed and called over a dozen times with many being unreturned.

Need to replace riser for chair

I spoke with customer service and they are having parts call me to confirm the part needed before it is mailed. They said 3-7 business days before parts calls me.

User's recommendation: My recommendation is for parts department to be more lashed up with customer service so that the customer isn’t waiting 3-7 days for a phone call before a part can even be mailed.

Don’t do business with this company.

I bought two planter boxes on May 12, 2020. Only one arrived on May 27th. I checked the tracking and it noted 1 of 2 shipments delivered. I didnt think much about it at first figured Id get the other one within a couple of days. A couple of weeks went by and still nothing. Tracking said waiting on shipping details. Finally when I checked mid June the tracking showed the order had been canceled. I called Grandin Road and inquired about my other planter. They said they no longer sold that item and would check with the vendor to see if they could send me one. The representative assured me she would call be back within a couple of days. A week later, today, I call and ask again. Im now told Im not getting my other planter. I told them I didnt want the one they sent cause I needed two matching for my space. I asked for them to send me a box and postage to send back. They refused to send me a box. Told me to go buy one for the return. I threw away the original box cause I had no way of knowing I wasnt going to get the other planter. They charged me for two so I expected two to be delivered so why would I keep the box. They will not provide a box for the return. I explained I have underlying health issues and am only going to the supermarket once a month and getting mostly delivery due to Covid-19. They still refused to send me a box for the return but demanded I return for a refund. I stated why should I be inconvenienced by this and expected to make a special trip given this virus. I asked why they couldnt go buy a box and send to me. Their refusal is causing me to pay for something I dont want.

Purchased item at sale price, order confirmed, then order cancelled. No reastoon for cancellation.

I call four times to resolve this issue. Although my order was cancelled, purchased at a sale price and assumed it was out of stock,I noticed it was still in stock and called to inquire why my order was cancelled. They acknowledged that the item was in stock, so had to get "approval from supervisor to honor the price that was quoted to me". So I was disconnected four times because I waited on hold for a long time to get the supervisor to approve. When I called back each time after the disconnect, they assured me that they would resolve issue. Well, guess what, I was disconnected again and again. Done with Grandin Road. Never order from them again,.

Never got the stools - but got a runaround

i ordered 4 stools for $99 each. the website said in stock but i never received any shipping information. i wrote, called, checked the web site but no information. then i got a random email saying sorry the stools are being delivered tomorrow (after 30 days) stayed home all day - no stools. finally called and they said sorry they never shipped. please wait 48 hrs for an update. then after 4 days i called again and they said we think in November. they offered no discount, remedy or anything else. just their apology. ended up cancelling
