Tree collar ordered is not as big as was described
The tree collar is described as being 27.5 inches and its not. Does not fit around the tree stand which is 26 inches.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
I finally received my table today and I really like it EXCEPT that it is damaged/split in 2 places. It is too large for me to take it to UPS for return.
When advertised, it was noted that stock was low. Do you have an undamaged table for exchange? I can sent a photo of the damage.
One split is where 2 slats are joined together and the other is a split in the wood. If I keep this table and have it repaired, could you discount it and how much?

My husband ordered a chair as a new customer and was charged shipping. 3 days later I received a free shipping code to my email address.
I called customer service and they happily said they would credit shipping.
My only complaint is whenever I order online it shows one delivery date and when I get the confirmation it is always extended.

I bought an item yesterday and today it was $48 cheaper.
I spoke to a very nice woman and explained that yesterday I purchased and sent a present to my daughter-in-law. Today the item was $48 cheaper!!!
She was VERY helpful and corrected the price to credit back the $48 saving to my card.
I REALLY appreciate her understanding and help.
It was such a relief to me!

Never received refund for returned merchandise
I was told I would get a refund to my credit card. I am getting a gift certificate.
My merchandise arrived broken.
I watched as my replacement merchandise was repeatedly back ordered. I want my MONEY back and to be done with Grandin Road.

Unfortunately, there is not a store close to me so I called and asked about ordering and if the item isn't to my standards, would I be able to return and the answer was absolutely, so I placed the order got it quickly and of course it was not something we wanted to keep, which is where the problem starts.
Sure they absolutely said they would issue me a refund once they got the product back. That was the problem after 4 phone calls and a month NOTHING yet, so I finally had to call my credit card company (because if they don't pick it up they don't have to credit you - spoke to a manger before I called Chase and he did NOTHING but lip Service so don't bother buying anything from them, unless you want to keep it LOL

I am very pleased with the prompt delivery service & packaging. I had to return 4 stools because they were to tall & get 4 island stools.
Your measuring guide misguided ustoo long to say.
What upset me is the credit on the return did not show up until I called you. I had 8 stools I was charged for.

Piece missing
Even though it was more than 30 days since I received black 20 outdoor planters! When I opened box base was missing from one of them!the reason that I did not open box earlier was because I was in the middle of moving ,needless to say everything was in great chaos unti I got the chance to do some outdoor landscaping! Therefore I am very unhappy that my 2 planters look different on either side of my garage door!

She was so helpful and I appreciate her, I have received what I ordered it yet, but according to online, I couldnt order the bone (white) but she found it so heres hoping

BUYER BE AWARE. THEY SENT AN EMAIL WITH A SUBJECT SAYING 25 PERCENT OFF, THEN WHEN YOU GO BUY ON A FINE PRINT IT SAYS UP TO.
THEY ARE LIERS. ALL I GOT WAS A 15 PERCENT OFF. THEN THE NEXT DAY THE SAME ITEM IS 25 PERCENT OFF BUT NO FREE SHIPPING. DONT BE FOOLED.
THEY HAVE A GREAT MARKETING STRAGEDY. DISCOUNTS ALL ARE A LIE. I HAVE PURCHASED AT THE END OF SOME MONTHS FOR FREE SHIPPING BUT THEN THE NEXT MONTH THEY OFFER SOMETHING DIFFERENT BUT YOU END UP PAYING THE SAME.

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
On 1/1/23, I purchased 2 Augusto chairs.
The chairs arrived on 1/24/23, the trucking
company would not unpack the chairs.
I tipped them and the left. In order for me to get the chairs out of the boxes, I had to remove the packing material, and cut them out of the boxes, the chairs weighed 40 lbs.
each.
After I bought the chairs into the livingroom, I first noticed that they had been packed dirty, then upon running my hand across the wood there were rough patches.
there were dents, and splits inches wood which had been stained over...additionally,
there was wood debris collected in the corners of the arms were they met the seat.
And the seams of the chairs werewhich was stained over the debris was chipped down to the bare wood..the drowls covering the screws were not flush to the wood, there was small nail heads exposed and a height
difference of 1 inch was also very visible.
So I called the company, and sent photos
and requested a full refund. There refund policy does not include the 300.00 in shipping charges, I asked about the boxing up the chairs, I was told the would do that at the warehouse.
BOTTEM LINE:
I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS
I FILLED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB
Yes, they got my money, and it was a very expensive lession.lesson..

They eventually found and mailed the missing part but we had already paid to get the sofa off its side. After we said not to send the delivery company back out, we called a second time for the part and they said they would call when they were sending the part and were sending the trucking company out.
Never got a call and never got the satisfaction of telling the trucking company no thanks.
Just don’t throw your money away on paying for white glove service. Line up your own people who can lift a couple hundred pound sofa.
"White glove" means they set the sofa up. Well they left it on it's side and would not screw in the 6 legs and turn it over. Grandinroad has lodged a complaint with J.B. Hunt and are paying us to have someone come out and turn the sofa upright as J.B.
Hunt REFUSED to send the driver and helper back k out and said we can wait 3-7 days til they can get around to it.
If possible avoid this company. We will never purchase from Grandinroad again because this is who they use.

Returned item almost a year ago still being charged.
Returned an piece of furniture almost a year ago. Received a bill called costumer service said they received the ottoman but we have to pay 15.00 return fee.
We agreed. We are still receiving a bill its now 204.00 dollars every month we call and dispute the rep says they will transfer to a manager and the phone goes dead happens every time!
Now our credits lowered because of this stupidity! Done screwing around with them taking this to the Attorney General and BBB.
