Great Bar Stools.

We ordered 4 bar stools & only 3 were in stock at the time. We were told that the 4th stool would ship around Oct 4th. We actually received a 4th stool 2 weeks earlier which is great. However, that 4th bar stools legs were damaged unbelievably. My husband said that the packing on this bar stool was different from the other 3 we had previously received. The box wasnt damaged but you could tell it had been opened & retyped. So we believe it was a return that git sent out again. We are returning the bar stool & now have to wait till December to receive our 4th stool. Frustrating.

Grandin Road delivered my package out to my mail box that sits 75 feet from my home and then they email me it's on my front door step. I just happen to look out and I saw it out at the road I called customer service and she told me to call the company that made the delivery she did not care how it was handled I will never order from this company again I have one more coming and we will see what happens But never again If I don't get my next package I will just contact my credit card company Customer service does not matter any more.

I dont trust the workers, i ordered some furniture from the company, later that day two more charges over $3000 was added to my credit card. I had to open up a investigation and change my card number.I wish I could give a ZERO!

I ordered a coffee table and it came damaged. It was packaged very good. The damage was on a drawer slide. Put in an email to customer service and promptly (I consider 3 days promptly) received a prepaid return label and it was picked up from our porch the next day. Also promptly received a full refund. I was not familiar with Grandin Road before this and was concerned when we saw the item was damaged. Couldnt be happier with how things were handled.

Ordered two Decorative pillows from Grandin Road for $107, when I received shipment I opened the package and could see within seconds that they were NOT representative of the pictures on the Grandin Road website. Grandin Road had included a return label so I immediately returned their low grade crap. I received a credit of $82, $25 just to inspect their junk.

What a joke this company is! I will never do business with them again. It's too bad too because I like the products. The customer service is horrible. I ordered Sunbrella outdoor pillows in May. I was told they would ship in June, then July, then August and now they are saying Oct. 30! They will arrive in early November!! Summer is over. I canceled the order. I emailed and called over a dozen times with many being unreturned.

The lack of customer service when ordering a catalog

I ordered a Halloween catalog. Was told it would be 10 days, a month later I sent an email advising it never came. Was told another would be delivered in a week. Again, nothing. Sent another email, was advised they were now out of them. I was sent a furniture catalog. I don't appreciate being blown off. Looking at your reviews, appears I dodged a bullet. Keep your catalog.

I bought two planter boxes on May 12, 2020. Only one arrived on May 27th. I checked the tracking and it noted 1 of 2 shipments delivered. I didnt think much about it at first figured Id get the other one within a couple of days. A couple of weeks went by and still nothing. Tracking said waiting on shipping details. Finally when I checked mid June the tracking showed the order had been canceled. I called Grandin Road and inquired about my other planter. They said they no longer sold that item and would check with the vendor to see if they could send me one. The representative assured me she would call be back within a couple of days. A week later, today, I call and ask again. Im now told Im not getting my other planter. I told them I didnt want the one they sent cause I needed two matching for my space. I asked for them to send me a box and postage to send back. They refused to send me a box. Told me to go buy one for the return. I threw away the original box cause I had no way of knowing I wasnt going to get the other planter. They charged me for two so I expected two to be delivered so why would I keep the box. They will not provide a box for the return. I explained I have underlying health issues and am only going to the supermarket once a month and getting mostly delivery due to Covid-19. They still refused to send me a box for the return but demanded I return for a refund. I stated why should I be inconvenienced by this and expected to make a special trip given this virus. I asked why they couldnt go buy a box and send to me. Their refusal is causing me to pay for something I dont want.
